Returns / return postage

For damaged items or if the incorrect purchase was sent on our part, we will happily cover postage for you to return the item. However if it is just a change of mind, all postage costs must be covered by the client. We will then issue a refund or exchange given it is returned within 30 days.

30 Days to Return

We want you to love your purchase, for any reason if you are unhappy with your package we allow a 30 day window for returns & refunds. Given that the item is in original unused condition with all packaging included.

Exchanges

If you selected the wrong item we can exchange the item but all postage is to be covered by the client. However if we sent you the incorrect item postage will be covered.
